Тип реквизита Роли.Роль - НЕ строка
В БСП 3.x реквизит Справочник.ПрофилиГруппДоступа.Роли.Роль имеет тип СправочникСсылка.ИдентификаторыОбъектовМетаданных, а не строка с именем роли.
Если присвоить строку:
