  1. ENCODING (CRITICAL):

    • This project uses Thai (Windows-874) for .pwn and .inc.
    • NEVER use view_file or write_file.
    • ALWAYS use read_pawn_script and write_pawn_script.

  2. LANGUAGE:

    • DO NOT translate Thai strings to English.
    • New code must follow the existing language (Thai if applicable).

  3. TOOLS:

    • Prefer transform_pawn_script for cloning systems.
    • Prefer generate_boilerplate for new features.
    • Use fix_script_encoding if you see corrupted text.
