ags-android-virtual-cam-manager

ags-android-virtual-cam-manager is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from 1llu50ry/mcp-gamehacking. It costs 47 tokens per session (306 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A rooted Android system that replaces a device's live camera feed with prerecorded video. It includes a controller app and components that intercept camera calls and provide decoded video frames to applications.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for security research and reverse engineering involving Android camera behaviour, virtual cameras, and verification checks.
Why use it?
It lets researchers test how applications respond to substituted camera input instead of a physical camera. It is aimed at studying camera spoofing, anti-cheat checks, and liveness or identity-verification bypasses.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00047 $0.00306
Opus 5.5 $0.00019 $0.00122
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00061
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00031

Security

Grade A, and why

ags-android-virtual-cam-manager scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Android VirtualCam Manager

Author: smithluke874 Source: mcp-gamehacking/skills/ags-android-virtual-cam-manager

Description

Android VirtualCam Manager is a rooted Android virtual camera system that replaces live camera feeds with pre-recorded video without requiring LSPosed or Xposed frameworks. It combines a Magisk and Zygisk module with a Kotlin Jetpack Compose controller app that manages control files and media import, while native C++ code uses ArtHook to intercept Camera1 APIs such as setPreviewTexture, startPreview, and PreviewCallback for surface rendering and NV21 frame injection. Frame delivery follows the classic android_virtual_cam approach, using MediaPlayer for preview surfaces and MediaCodec to decode virtual.mp4 into NV21 buffers for callback-based applications. The project supports multi-ABI Zygisk builds, process gating with hook status telemetry, and one-tap enable and import workflows via root shell access. It is aimed at security researchers and reverse engineers studying camera spoofing, anti-cheat camera checks, and liveness or identity verification bypass techniques on Android.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
