Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00019 $0.01160
Opus 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00464
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00004 $0.00232
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00116

Security

Grade A, and why

validate-pr scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Validate Pull Request

ℹ️ First, set expectations: before anything else, print one short line with this skill's version and its most recent change — the top entry of metadata.changelog above — e.g. validate-pr vX.Y — recent: <summary>. Then proceed.

Validate a pull request against the project development methodology and generate a merge decision report.

Process

Step 1: Fetch PR Information

PR_NUMBER=<extract number from argument>
gh pr view $PR_NUMBER --json title, body, author, baseRefName, headRefName, files, additions, deletions, changedFiles
gh pr diff $PR_NUMBER --name-only
gh pr diff $PR_NUMBER

Step 2: Validate Documentation Updates

2.1 Changelog Entry (REQUIRED)

Check if docs/memory/changelog.md is in the changed files list.

  • Entry at TOP of recent changes
  • Has timestamp format: ### YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
  • Has emoji prefix
  • Includes summary of what changed and why

If missing: Flag as FAIL - "Changelog not updated"

2.2 GitHub Issues Update (CONDITIONAL)

Check if PR references a GitHub Issue.

2.3 Requirements Update (CONDITIONAL)

Required if PR adds new functionality or changes feature scope.

2.4 Architecture Update (CONDITIONAL)

Required if PR modifies API endpoints, database schema, or external integrations.

Step 3: Validate Feature Flows

  • Check for feature flow changes in diff
  • If feature behavior changed but no flow updated: Flag as WARNING
  • Validate feature flow format (required sections, file paths with line numbers)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
