I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)
刚柔并济，是《易经》处理强盛与收缩两种状态的核心法则。
大壮卦启示：当你处于上升阶段、力量充足时，最大的危险不是外敌，而是内部的"过度刚强"。壮大了反而要谨慎，用柔来平衡刚，才能维持贞正。
遯卦启示：当你面对更强大的对手、资源悬殊时，真正的智慧是战略退让、保存实力。遯不是失败，是"亨"——通达的开始。小利贞，是说此时只宜做小事、练内功，不可贸然反攻。
两卦合观：刚过用柔，柔极用刚。力量强盛时补柔，力量不足时先刚后柔。核心都是"立本"——找到根本立脚点，不在表象上争一时。
A1 — 书中的应用 (Past Application)
案例1: 周公摄政与管蔡之乱
- 问题: 武王去世后，成王年幼，周公以冢宰身份摄政。管叔、蔡叔怀疑周公篡权，联合武庚叛乱，东方诸国响应。
- 方法论的使用: 周公面临两难——以周室"大壮"之势可以镇压，但若纯用刚猛，可能陷入旷日持久的消耗战（正如大壮卦所警告的"壮则忧"）。周公采取"刚柔并济"：对外展现强大军事压力（刚），同时分化瓦解叛军内部（柔）。对商遗民采取怀柔政策，不穷追猛打，而是建立稳固的诸侯体系。
- 结论: 以战促和，军事行动与政治安抚并行。用刚消灭核心叛军，用柔稳定后方秩序，避免过度扩张导致的反弹。
- 结果: 三年东征平叛成功，周室权威确立，同时避免了全面战争对新生政权的透支。
