厚积薄发，是《易经》处理"积累"与"行动"关系的核心法则。
大畜卦启示：山天大畜，象征"大积累"。刚健笃实——根基要刚强扎实；辉光日新——但积累不是死守，而是在扎实基础上不断创新、每日精进。真正的积累不是停滞，而是持续迭代。
旅卦警示：旅者，客居也。"其匪正有眚"——方向不正会招来灾祸；"不利有攸往"——时机未到、准备不足时贸然行动，必然失利。旅卦提醒：轻率出发是最常见的失败模式。
两卦合观：积是基础，发是结果。没有足够的积累，发出去的力量就是虚的；但积累不是为了永远不动，而是在积累中寻找合适的发射窗口。核心是区分"真正准备好"和"只是急切想动"。
A1 — 书中的应用 (Past Application)
案例1: 文王积善与周室崛起
- 问题: 周文王被纣王囚于羑里，七年牢狱之灾。周族表面臣服，但内部积累实力。
- 方法论的使用: 文王在狱中推演易卦，将"积善"作为周族的核心战略——不急于与商的正面对抗（时机未到），而是持续积累德行、民心、实力。归国后继续内政建设，对外保持低调。大畜卦的"刚健笃实"在这一时期体现为：政治上稳定内部，经济上发展生产，文化上凝聚人心。
- 结论: 在没有足够实力正面对抗时，选择"积"而非"发"是最优策略。积累是动态的——不是消极等待，而是在等待中持续建设。
- 结果: 文王崩时周族已成西方第一强国，武王得以在正确的时机发起牧野之战，完成翦商大业。
案例2: 周公迁都前的准备
- 问题: 东征胜利后，周公面临建都选择：留在西土（宗周）或迁至中原（洛邑）。洛邑地处天下之中，便于控制东方，但营建成本巨大。
- 方法论的使用: 周公没有急于建都，而是先用两年时间平定三监残余势力、稳固东方秩序，在此期间勘察地形、规划营建、储备物资。这是一种"积累式建设"——先把基础打好，再动大规模工程。大畜卦的"辉光日新"在此体现为：不是在原地重复，而是在积累中不断有新的进展。
- 结论: 重大项目需要充分的准备期，在准备期内持续推进，而非等待全部就绪后才行动。
- 结果: 洛邑建成，周室东移，天下共主地位稳固。
