I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)
- 世路崎岖，人情反覆——这是前提。 洪应明不天真，他知道世界是艰难的、变化的。
- 走不通时，退一步。 "行不去处"不是让你放弃，而是换一条路、换一个角度、换一个策略。
- 走得通时，让三分。 即使你占了优势，也要让出三分——不是软弱，是给自己留后路。
- 进退皆要有分寸。 不是永远退，也不是永远进，而是根据情境调整。
- 核心："退一步"不是目的，"进步"才是目的。 退是为了进，让是为了得。
