持身不可轻。 轻浮急躁的人，容易被外物干扰，无法悠闲镇定。
用意不可重。 思虑过重的人，被外物束缚，失去潇洒活泼的生机。
轻的坏处：外物能挠你。 你在乎的东西太多，别人的评价、得失、面子，都能让你动摇。
重的坏处：我为物泥。 你被事情绑住了，想得太多，做事失去了灵活性和创造力。
核心：平衡"不轻不重"。 不能太随意（轻），也不能太紧绷（重）。
