An internal reference for answering “where am I now?” in a case or project workflow. It reads available files such as profiles, plans, research notes, drafts, and tracking records, then summarizes the progress in ordinary language.

Use it to report what has been completed, which working documents exist, and what stage may come next.

It removes the need to inspect several status files manually. Missing files are treated as stages that have not happened yet, rather than as errors.

Как отвечать

Что сделано — перечисли существующие артефакты обычным языком: «Профиль собран, план действий составлен, черновики форм готовы». Если pipeline-state.json есть — можно взять из него даты и статусы, но это необязательно.
Что в работе / чего не хватает — если в профиле есть null-поля, в плане есть незакрытые карточки [ ], или в spec есть [ТРЕБУЕТСЯ] — упомяни как открытые вопросы, не как ошибки.
Что логично делать дальше — исходя из контекста разговора и того, что уже есть. Например:
- Профиль есть, плана нет → предложить составить план
- План есть, черновиков нет → предложить начать с документов
- Всё готово, подача была → предложить трекинг или TIE-чеклист Не привязывайся к фиксированному порядку — решай по ситуации.
Предупреждение об устаревании — если видно, что профиль обновлялся заметно позже, чем spec или черновики (по датам файлов или по pipeline-state.json), мягко предупреди: «Профиль обновлялся <дата>, а документы собирались раньше — если менялись данные, их стоит пересобрать». Это предупреждение, не блокировка.
