M3E: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/claude-codex-session-pack-20260214/skills/codex-review/SKILL.md

codex-review is a skill for Claude Code from akaghef/M3E. It costs 38 tokens per session (575 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A helper skill that runs Codex code reviews for uncommitted changes or changes against a base branch, then extracts the final review text from its logs.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review local changes, choose a model and timeout, provide extra instructions where supported, and display the review findings without the surrounding logs.
Why use it?
It removes the need to repeat review commands or manually search session and JSONL log files for the useful result.

Skill for Claude Code

Written for Claude Code: installed under .claude/. Also seen: reads .claude/ paths; reads ~/.codex paths; mentions Codex.

This is akaghef/M3E's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on M3E itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything M3E configures →

Not installable: its command points at a path on the author’s own machine, so it runs nowhere else. The line is /Users/hayatefukashiro/Desktop/product/Musubu.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00038 $0.00575
Opus 5.5 $0.00015 $0.00230
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00008 $0.00115
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00057

Measured 5d ago against content hash aad19af20239, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

codex-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 2 executable files (scripts/review-base.sh, scripts/review-uncommitted.sh), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Codex Review Helper

~/.claude/skills/codex-review/scripts/review-uncommitted.sh [--cd <dir>] [--model <model>] [--max-wait-seconds <seconds>] [--prompt "<追加指示>"]

例:

~/.claude/skills/codex-review/scripts/review-uncommitted.sh \
  --cd /Users/hayatefukashiro/Desktop/product/Musubu \
  --model gpt-5.3-codex \
  --max-wait-seconds 1200 \
  --prompt "Critical/Warningのみ。ファイルと行番号必須"

ベースブランチ差分レビュー

~/.claude/skills/codex-review/scripts/review-base.sh <base-branch> [--cd <dir>] [--model <model>] [--max-wait-seconds <seconds>] [--prompt "<追加指示>"]

  • ログ探索先は既定で ~/.codex/sessions
  • 必要なら LOG_ROOT 環境変数で上書き可能
  • codex review 側制約により、--uncommitted / --base 実行時の追加PROMPTは現状非対応(--prompt は警告して無視)
Files

What ships with it

2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
