• Background colours set without a dark mode counterpart
• Images or icons that are light-only (no dark variant)
• Box shadows using dark colours that will disappear on dark backgrounds
• Text colour assuming a light background
• CSS that uses prefers-color-scheme incorrectly

Fix strategy:

• Replace hardcoded colours with CSS custom properties
• Add [data-theme="dark"] or @media (prefers-color-scheme: dark) overrides
• Provide the complete before → after for each fix

Also generate the full :root and [data-theme="dark"] variable definitions if missing.
