A routing system for sending messages to specialized agents and controlling which tools they can use. Channel bindings connect a particular chat channel to a chosen agent.

Use it to switch agents, bind channels to agents, list available agents, and allow or deny tools through access policies.

It avoids manually choosing the right agent for every conversation and provides a central way to manage agent access.
