report-for-human

report-for-human is a skill for Codex from amazing-fish/agent-skills. It costs 108 tokens per session (1,744 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A method for producing a visual HTML report that explains code changes, requirements, project status, or responsibilities. It gathers evidence first and shows conclusions, comparisons, diagrams, and known limits.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when someone does not understand a change, requirement, current status, process, or responsibility boundary. It can also create a report after a new pull request is submitted.
Why use it?
It helps people understand work they cannot easily follow from code or text alone. It separates confirmed facts, guesses, and unknown information instead of hiding gaps.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00108 $0.01744
Opus 5.5 $0.00043 $0.00698
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00022 $0.00349
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00174

Security

Grade A, and why

report-for-human scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 4 executable files (scripts/classify_diff_size.py, scripts/render_report.py, scripts/resolve_report_path.py, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

先读 视觉配方,查看 assets/reference-report.html;有图像工具时查看 assets/reference-preview.png。

python <skill-root>/scripts/render_report.py --input <verified-report.json> --output <report.html>

按 examples/change.json、requirements.json、status.json、mechanism.json 的同类结构填写已核验事实。

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
