Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00070 | $0.03682 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00028 | $0.01473 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00736 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00368 |
Grade A, and why
qa scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 134 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
/ac:qa
Orchestrates one QA run: scope the change, boot the app, brief a fresh-context ac:qa-tester, fix what it finds, retest once, and curate what the run learned. The tester derives and runs the cases; you own the brief, the fixes and the learnings file.
Arguments: $ARGUMENTS
Standing rules
These hold for the whole run, including after a compaction (a re-attached skill keeps only its first 5,000 tokens, so they sit before the procedure).
- Never call
AskUserQuestionand never raise a BLOCKER. An environment failure (app will not boot, tool missing, browser missing, credentials absent) ends the run ascould-not-run, recorded in the report and in## Known gaps, and the run still prints itsQA result:block. - Spawn
ac:qa-testerat most twice per invocation: one initial run, one retest. Claude Code runs every subagent in the background in an interactive session and the Agent tool offers no foreground (fork mode); underclaude -pthe call may return the report inline, and where the Agent tool does offerrun_in_background, passfalse. A returned report continues Phase 3 at once. An async launch ends the turn with one line (QA: tester running for run <run id>; resuming on its notification), and the notification resumes at the report handling. Never wait withsleep, a poll loop or by reading the tester's output file. - Standalone, and plan mode outside execute, the turn ends on the
QA result:block. Chained (--planunder/ac:execute) that block hands control back to/ac:execute, which continues to Phase 4a in the same turn, so never end the turn there and never summarise to the user as if the work were over. A wait turn during--planis allowed, because execute's Stop guards count a running subagent (${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/hooks/lib/wake-count.jq). - Never commit, never push, never touch the
.ac/state/markers (active-execution.jsonmust still exist when/ac:executeresumes). - Only you edit application code and
.ac/qa/learnings.md; the tester writes only inside its run directory.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

qa is a skill published in the GitHub repository anilcancakir/claude-code (3 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 70 tokens to every session and 3,682 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-14.
