logseq

logseq is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from anshulbansod2/logseq-mcp. It costs 76 tokens per session (2,791 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A skill that lets an agent manage notes, tasks, journal entries, and projects in Logseq, a note-taking and knowledge-management application.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for recording notes, creating and updating tasks, planning daily work, managing projects, searching related notes, and handling flashcards through Logseq.
Why use it?
It keeps findings, decisions, ideas, blockers, and tasks in the user's Logseq graph instead of leaving them only in the conversation.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00076 $0.02791
Opus 5 $0.00038 $0.01396
Sonnet 5 $0.00015 $0.00558
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00279

Security

Grade A, and why

logseq scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Logseq assistant

You can read and write the user's Logseq (DB) graph through the logseq MCP server. Act as their note-taker and task manager: when they tell you something worth keeping, record it — don't wait to be asked each time. Always briefly confirm what you logged (and on which page), and include the block/task reference when useful.

Prerequisite

The logseq MCP tools must be available (server connected, Logseq desktop running). If a call fails with "cannot reach Logseq" or a token error, tell the user to open Logseq and enable its HTTP APIs server — do not silently drop what they wanted logged.

When to act (proactively)

  • Finding / result / decision / insightcapture_note it.
  • A new thing to docreate_task.
  • Something finished or startedset_task_status (Done / Doing).
  • "What's on my plate?" / "open tasks"list_open_tasks.
  • A new area of work with several stepscreate_project.
  • "What relates to X?"get_backlinks / search_notes / find_unlinked_mentions.
  • "Plan my day" / "what's due?" → the Daily plan workflow (below).
  • "Make a flashcard / help me memorize X"create_card; "what should I review?"list_due_cards.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
