recruitee

recruitee is a skill for Claude Code from apideck-libraries/api-skills. It costs 73 tokens per session (2,092 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

An integration guide for connecting to Recruitee, a recruiting system used to manage jobs, applicants, and applications. It uses Apideck's shared interface for recruiting software.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to read, create, update, or sync jobs, applicants, and applications in Recruitee.
Why use it?
It removes the need to build separate connection details for Recruitee. The same code can be adapted to other recruiting systems by changing one service setting.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00073 $0.02092
Opus 5.5 $0.00029 $0.00837
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00015 $0.00418
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00209

Security

Grade A, and why

recruitee scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 15d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Recruitee (via Apideck)

Access Recruitee through Apideck's ATS unified API — one of 11 ATS connectors that share the same method surface. Code you write here ports to Greenhouse, Workday, Lever and 7 other ATS connectors by changing a single serviceId string. Apideck handles auth, pagination, rate limiting, and retries so you don't write per-tenant Recruitee plumbing.

Quick facts

At a glance

  • Implementation difficulty: moderate — Personal API Token + Company ID Each Consumer Supplies
  • Vendor partnership required: no (Recruitee Marketplace Technology Partner programme) — Joining the Marketplace Technology Partner programme gives you a Recruitee test environment to build in, and a Marketplace listing after a demo and approval.
  • Apideck-managed credentials: not available — Each consumer creates their own personal API token in Recruitee.
  • Account type required: Recruitee account on a plan with API access. The token belongs to one company; an owner with several companies needs one token per company.
  • Consumer access level: A user whose Hiring role includes the Manage API tokens permission; the connection reaches only what that user can see.
  • Sandbox: available (signup) — 18-day free trial of the Advance plan, as account administrator; no automatic subscription.
  • Costs: No separate API fee is published. The pricing page lists API access from the Start plan; direct API support from Recruitee is limited to the Optimize plan.
  • Rate limits: 1,000 requests a minute per API token.
  • Authentication: Personal API token sent as a bearer token, plus the Company ID; not OAuth.
  • Webhooks: Virtual webhooks - applicant created and updated, job created and updated

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

recruitee is a skill published in the GitHub repository apideck-libraries/api-skills (5 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 73 tokens to every session and 2,092 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
