mobiai-mobile-executing-plans

mobiai-mobile-executing-plans is a skill for Claude Code from ArisGuimera/MobiAI-Core. It costs 45 tokens per session (509 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for carrying out a written mobile implementation plan in a fresh coding session. It loads and reviews the plan, executes its tasks, runs the specified checks, and completes the development work.

In plain words
What is it for?
Executing an existing mobile development plan, tracking its tasks, raising concerns before implementation, running the required verification, and preparing the finished work for handoff.
Why use it?
A plan can contain unclear steps or assumptions that should be noticed before coding begins. Reviewing it first helps keep the implementation aligned with the intended work.

Skill enables autonomous high-impact decisions without human-in-the-loop verification. Critical operations (destructive commands, financial transactions, data deletion) should require explicit user confirmation.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00045 $0.00509
Opus 5 $0.00023 $0.00254
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00102
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00051

Security

Grade A, and why

mobiai-mobile-executing-plans scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Executing Mobile Plans

Overview

Load plan, review critically, execute all tasks, report when complete.

Announce at start: "I'm using the mobiai-mobile-executing-plans skill to implement this plan."

Note: If subagents are available, use mobiai-mobile-executing-plans-with-subagents instead of this skill — quality is significantly higher with subagent support.

The Process

Step 1: Load and Review Plan

  1. Read plan file
  2. Review critically - identify any questions or concerns about the plan
  3. If concerns: Raise them with your human partner before starting
  4. If no concerns: Create TodoWrite and proceed

Step 2: Execute Tasks

For each task:

  1. Mark as in_progress
  2. Follow each step exactly (plan has bite-sized steps)
  3. Run verifications as specified
  4. Mark as completed

Step 3: Complete Development

After all tasks complete and verified:

  • Announce: "I'm using the mobiai-mobile-finishing-branch skill to complete this work."
  • REQUIRED: Use mobiai-mobile-finishing-branch
  • Follow that skill to verify tests, present options, execute choice

When to Stop and Ask for Help

STOP executing immediately when:

  • Hit a blocker (missing dependency, test fails, instruction unclear)
  • Plan has critical gaps
  • You don't understand an instruction
  • Verification fails repeatedly

Ask for clarification rather than guessing.

Remember

  • Review plan critically first
  • Follow plan steps exactly
  • Don't skip verifications
  • Stop when blocked, don't guess
  • Never start implementation on main/master branch without explicit user consent

Integration

Required workflow skills:

  • mobiai-mobile-worktrees - Set up isolated workspace before starting
  • mobiai-mobile-planning - Creates the plan this skill executes
  • mobiai-mobile-finishing-branch - Complete development after all tasks
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

mobiai-mobile-executing-plans is a skill published in the GitHub repository ArisGuimera/MobiAI-Core (453 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 45 tokens to every session and 509 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
