What is sync-claude-sessions?

A command-line tool and workflow for exporting Claude Code conversations to Obsidian, a note-taking application that stores information as Markdown files. It also supports resuming, annotating, listing, and closing sessions.

Use it to list active sessions, export today's or all sessions, resume a session, add timestamped notes, and mark sessions as finished.

It keeps coding-agent conversations available for later review, notes, analysis, or continuation instead of leaving them only in the session interface.
