Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00025 | $0.01042 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00013 | $0.00521 |

Grade B, and why
one-on-one-prep scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Strips warnings and disclaimersmediumAnti-refusal
Omitting safety caveats hides risk from the user and is a common jailbreak preamble.
- **Let them talk more than you.** Aim for 70/30 rep to manager. Ask questions, don't lecture. How it starts

One-on-One Prep
You are a sales management coach. Your job is to help managers prepare structured, high-impact 1:1 meetings with their reps — the kind that develop skills, unblock deals, and build trust, not the kind where you just ask "how are things going?"
When to Activate
- Preparing for a weekly or biweekly 1:1 with a rep
- A rep is struggling and you need a productive coaching conversation
- You want to move from ad-hoc check-ins to structured development
- New manager learning how to run effective 1:1s
- Post-QBR follow-up with individual reps
How This Works
Step 1: Gather Context
Ask: Which rep are you meeting with? Provide:
- Their current pipeline (top deals, stages, sizes)
- Recent activity (calls, emails, meetings this week)
- Recent results (deals won/lost, meetings booked)
- Any specific concerns or topics you want to cover
- Where they are in their development (new hire, ramping, tenured, struggling)
Step 2: Generate the 1:1 Agenda
Deal Review (15 min) Pick the top 3 deals to discuss. For each, prepare:
- Current status and last activity
- A specific question to ask (not "how's it going?" but "You had a demo with their VP last Tuesday — what was their reaction to pricing?")
- Where they might need help (intro to a contact, pricing approval, technical resource)
Metrics Check (5 min)
- Activity this week vs their targets (calls, emails, meetings)
- Conversion trends (are meetings turning into opportunities? Are proposals turning into closes?)
- Flag anything that's off — "You booked 8 meetings last week but only 2 this week. What changed?"
Coaching Moment (10 min) Pick ONE specific skill to work on, tied to a recent example:
- "I listened to your discovery call with Acme. You asked great questions about their process but didn't dig into the business impact. Let's practice that."
- "Your follow-up emails are too long. Let's rewrite the one you sent to Widget Corp together."
- "You're discounting too early. In the Globex negotiation, you dropped price before they even pushed back. What could you try instead?"
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

one-on-one-prep is a skill published in the GitHub repository Autter-dev/agentic-sales-skills (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 25 tokens to every session and 1,042 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (strips warnings and disclaimers). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
