Görev
Suçun maddi unsurlarını çözümlemek ve failin manevi durumunu (kast/taksir) doğru sınıflandırmak; özellikle olası kast (TCK m.21/2) ile bilinçli taksir (TCK m.22/3) arasındaki ince sınırı netleştirmek.
