Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.00807 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00404 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00161 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00000 | $0.00081 |
Grade A, and why
JasonCheroske__Lab-OS scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 82 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
name: harness-fetch description: >- Guides a user through fetching and setting up their chosen AI harness config from .ai/./ into their local working environment. Use when the user says /harness-fetch, asks how to set up Cursor, Claude, or another harness for this lab, or wants to pull pre-built harness config without committing personal artifacts. created: 2026-04-05 updated: 2026-04-05 status: phase-2-planned
Harness Fetch (/harness-fetch)
Status: Planned (phase 2). This skill is a design stub. The workflow below describes the intended behavior when implemented. For now, follow the manual steps.
Purpose: Pull the pre-built AI harness configuration from .ai/.<harness>/ into the correct location in your local working environment—without committing personal artifacts to the repo.
When to use
- First time opening this lab in a new harness (Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity, etc.)
- After pulling updates that changed
.ai/.<harness>/skills or rules - When setting up a new machine for an existing lab
Harnesses supported
| Harness | Config source | Where it should live locally |
|---|---|---|
| Cursor | .ai/.cursor/ |
.cursor/ at repo root (or workspace root) |
| Claude Code | .ai/.claude/ |
.claude/ at repo root |
| (your harness) | .ai/.<harness>/ |
wherever .<harness>/ is expected |
Workflow (manual steps until skill is implemented)
-
Identify your harness — which AI tool are you using?
-
Check what is available:
ls .ai/Look for
.<your-harness>/alongside.cursor/and other entries. -
Copy or symlink the config:
Option A — Copy (safest):
cp -r .ai/.cursor/ .cursor/Option B — Symlink (stays in sync automatically):
ln -s .ai/.cursor .cursorOn Windows:
mklink /D .cursor .ai\.cursoror configure your harness to look inside.ai/. -
Verify your harness picks up the config — open your harness tool and confirm skills/rules are available.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

JasonCheroske__Lab-OS is a skill published in the GitHub repository Bilal140202/the-lord-of-the-skills (4 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 807 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
