What is bioconductor-cbnplot?

An R package for drawing Bayesian networks that connect genes and biological pathways using gene-expression results. A Bayesian network is a model showing likely relationships between variables.

Use it to visualize links between pathways and the genes within them, based on results from packages such as clusterProfiler and ReactomePA.

It turns enrichment and network-analysis results into diagrams that are easier to inspect than raw tables.
