Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00086 | $0.01294 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00043 | $0.00647 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00259 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00129 |
Grade A, and why
idea-to-prd scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 158 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Idea to PRD
Take a rough product idea and turn it into a handoff-ready PRD through four stages. Each stage is gated by a user keyword — don't skip ahead, even if the user is excited.
Gather Context First
- Read
context/for product positioning and target audience - Read
notes/user-insights/(if present) for known pain points and quotes - Check
plans/for active product plans the new idea may relate to or conflict with - Identify the user's role (PM, marketer, founder, designer) — adjust depth accordingly
The Four Stages
Stage 1 — Clarifying questions (immediate)
When the user shares an idea, generate 8-10 numbered clarifying questions before doing anything else. Cover:
- Who is the user this serves?
- What problem does it solve, in their words?
- What's the desired outcome — what does success look like?
- What constraints exist (timeline, budget, tech, regulatory)?
- What have they tried, observed, or ruled out?
- How does this compare to alternatives or existing solutions?
- What does NOT belong in scope?
Wait for the user to answer. Don't auto-fill answers.
After answers come back, repeat unanswered questions or ask 2-3 follow-ups if needed. Don't move to Stage 2 until the picture is sharp.
End with: Next: type "spec doc" to generate the spec.
Stage 2 — Spec doc (triggered by "spec doc")
Generate a product spec from the answers. Save to outputs/discovery/<feature-slug>/01-spec.md:
# [Feature name] — Spec
## Product summary
[2-3 sentences]
## Problem solved
[What pain this removes, in user-language]
## Target audience
[Specific role, stage, or segment]
## Key features and functionality
- [Feature 1] — [what it does]
- [Feature 2] — ...
## Success metrics
- Leading: [observable in days/weeks]
- Lagging: [observable in months]
## Out of scope (explicit no's)
- [What this is NOT trying to do]
## Open questions
- [Anything still unclear]
End with: Next: type "design flows" to map the user flows.
Stage 3 — Design flows (triggered by "design flows")
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

idea-to-prd is a skill published in the GitHub repository bjorn-ingmanson/thefroject-plugins (1 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 86 tokens to every session and 1,294 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
