What is thefroject-customer-success?

A Claude Code plugin containing tools and guidance for customer success work, such as preventing customer loss, assessing account health, running business reviews, planning renewals, and handling escalations.

Use it to identify accounts at risk, prepare customer business reviews, plan renewal conversations, assess account health, and organise escalation work.

It gives customer success work a shared set of workflows and frameworks instead of requiring each task to be planned from scratch.
