yolo

yolo is a skill for Claude Code from blockmatic/basilic. It costs 26 tokens per session (374 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that runs a complete quality-assurance check across all applications in a monorepo, a repository containing multiple related applications or packages.

In plain words
What is it for?
Running project-wide QA checks across a monorepo.
Why use it?
It checks the whole repository instead of leaving some applications untested.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00026 $0.00374
Opus 5 $0.00013 $0.00187
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00075
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00037

Security

Grade A, and why

yolo scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Purpose and inputs

Run the documented full gate (pnpm qa in Basilic, or the repo's equivalent) and fix failures. Compose lint-suite, run-all-tests-and-fix, and code-review as needed. Do not commit, push, merge, or deploy. Do not edit .env, secrets, or unrelated dotfiles. Do not delete features to make a gate pass.

Steps

  1. Run the documented lint, type, build, and test scripts from package.json. Fix owning causes. Re-run the failed command.
  2. Optionally review the task diff with /code-review (read-only). Apply fixes only for defects you can evidence.
  3. If CodeRabbit or CI comments exist and the user asked to consume them, follow coderabbit or git-pr-comments without committing.
  4. Stop when the gate is green or when remaining failures need a human (secrets, product scope, missing env).

Verification

  • Each gate command is recorded as passed, failed, or not applicable.
  • No secrets, .env, or unrelated dotfiles were edited.
  • No Git publish happened.

Handoff

Summarize failures, fixes, and remaining blockers. If they want a local commit, use /git-commit. Use /git-push only after they explicitly request publication of an already-committed branch.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

yolo is a skill published in the GitHub repository blockmatic/basilic (89 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 26 tokens to every session and 374 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
