נגישות - Negishut (Brain Accessibility Standard)
כל דף שהמשתמש/ת בונה איתך חייב על פי החוק הישראלי להיות נגיש (ת"י 5568, מבוסס WCAG 2.0 רמה AA) ולהיות מקושר להצהרת נגישות. הסקיל הזה הופך את זה לאוטומטי. עקרון-על: אפס פגיעה בעיצוב - הנגישות בקוד היא בלתי נראית, וההתאמות הוויזואליות מופעלות רק בלחיצה על כפתור הנגישות.
מתי לפעול
בכל פעם שאתה בונה דף נחיתה / עמוד אתר חדש, עורך דף קיים, או לפני פריסה לאוויר - גם אם המשתמש/ת לא הזכירו נגישות. אל תשאל "רוצה נגישות?" - זו חובה חוקית; פשוט כלול אותה וציין זאת במשפט.
שלב 1 - ודא שקיימת הצהרת נגישות
בדוק אם בפרויקט כבר קיים קובץ negishut.html (או עמוד הצהרה ידוע).
אם לא - שאל את המשתמש/ת בהודעה אחת (עברית, דו-מגדרית):
- שם העסק (כפי שיופיע בהצהרה)
- כתובת האתר
- שם רכז/ת הנגישות (שם מלא)
- אימייל לפניות נגישות
- טלפון לפניות (מומלץ מאוד - ערוץ שני הוא דרישה בפרקטיקה)
ואז צור את negishut.html מהתבנית assets/negishut-template.html שבתיקיית
הסקיל: החלף את {{BUSINESS}}, {{SITE}}, {{COORDINATOR}}, {{EMAIL}},
{{PHONE_LINE}} (שורת <p> עם קישור tel:, או ריק אם אין), {{DATE}}
(תאריך עברי של היום, למשל "3 ביולי 2026"). חובה לעשות HTML-escape
לגרשיים בערכים (בע"מ → בע"מ בתוך attributes). אפשר גם להריץ את האשף:
python3 scripts/setup.py מתיקיית הסקיל.
חשוב: אל תשנה את נוסח התבנית מעבר להחלפות - הנוסח עבר ביקורת משפטית (ניסוחים בני-הגנה, סעיף צד-שלישי, זמני מענה). אם העסק מקיים גם אירועים פיזיים, הוסף את סעיף האירועים המורחב (ראה הערה בתבנית).
שלב 2 - הזרק את קטע הנגישות לכל דף
קח את assets/a11y-snippet.html, החלף בו את {{STATEMENT_URL}} בכתובת
המלאה (אבסולוטית) של עמוד ההצהרה, והדבק את כולו בתוך <head> של כל
דף - ממש לפני </head>. הסניפט מספק:
- כפתור נגישות עגול ודיסקרטי (פינה שמאלית תחתונה) עם תפריט: הגדלת טקסט, ניגודיות מוגברת, הדגשת קישורים, עצירת אנימציות, גופן קריא, איפוס
- קישור "דילוג לתוכן" (נראה רק בפוקוס מקלדת) + מסגרת פוקוס ב-focus-visible
- קישור "הצהרת נגישות" בתפריט + הוספה אוטומטית לפוטר אם קיים
