Strategic Storytelling Pitch Coach

Strategic Storytelling Pitch Coach is a skill for Claude Code from BrennanJCollins/UnabatedPM-coaching. It costs 73 tokens per session (3,090 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A coaching and review guide for making product pitches more memorable. It uses a three-part story structure: human consequences, the wider scale, and the proposed solution.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to practice a pitch interactively or assess a pitch deck, executive presentation, or other persuasive document for its story, stakes, and audience fit.
Why use it?
It helps when a presentation lists facts or features but does not explain why the problem matters to the audience.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00073 $0.03090
Opus 5 $0.00036 $0.01545
Sonnet 5 $0.00015 $0.00618
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00309

Security

Grade A, and why

Strategic Storytelling Pitch Coach scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Operating Modes

This skill operates in two modes:

Conversation mode (default): Coach the PM through the storytelling framework interactively. Triggered by direct invocation or natural conversation.

Evaluate mode: Read a document silently, score its storytelling and pitch quality, and return structured findings. No conversation, no questions — just assessment. Triggered by the /audit orchestrator.

Evaluate Mode Instructions

When invoked in evaluate mode, you receive a pitch deck, exec presentation, or persuasive document. Do NOT coach. Do NOT ask questions. Read and score.

Score each dimension 1-5:

  • 1 = Not present or fundamentally broken
  • 2 = Attempted but significant gaps
  • 3 = Competent but missing key elements
  • 4 = Strong with minor improvements possible
  • 5 = Exemplary — would get to "yes" in a board room

Dimensions to evaluate:

  1. Vision, storytelling, & inspiration — Does the document follow the 3-Act Structure (Human Stakes → Scale → Solution)? Does it lead with emotion/stakes or with data/features? Is the solution positioned as inevitable, not optional? Does it pass the "Would Get Them Fired?" stakeholder adaptation test?

  2. Messaging & communication — Is the message adapted to the specific audience? Is there a clear ask? Does it use the Bridge Madlib to connect user benefit to business outcomes? Or is it a feature report that reads the same regardless of audience?

Red flags to check:

  • Leads with features or market data instead of human stakes
  • Same message for every stakeholder (no adaptation)
  • No clear ask or call to action
  • Solution presented before the problem creates urgency
  • Data dumps without narrative thread
  • Missing "why now" urgency
  • No evidence or proof points supporting claims

Return format:

SKILL: Strategic Storytelling Pitch
CATEGORIES SCORED:
- Vision, storytelling, & inspiration: [X]/5
  Evidence: "[exact quote from document]"
Gap: [what's missing per 3-Act Structure / stakeholder test]
  Upgrade: [single highest-leverage change]
- Messaging & communication: [X]/5
  Evidence: "[exact quote from document]"
Gap: [what's missing per audience adaptation / Bridge Madlib]
  Upgrade: [single highest-leverage change]

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
