10x-pentest: Skill for Claude Code

.github/skills/pt-dynamic-run/SKILL.md

pt-dynamic-run is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from brovar/10x-pentest. It costs 145 tokens per session (2,382 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A local executor for a previously prepared dynamic test plan, which is a runbook describing test cases and their tools. It resolves each tool to a local program, Docker container, or MCP call and records evidence.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after a dynamic test plan and tool registry exist, to execute cases and save their raw results and run notes for analysis.
Why use it?
It lets the agent run eligible test cases locally while applying the plan’s scope and execution limits.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00145 $0.02382
Opus 5 $0.00072 $0.01191
Sonnet 5 $0.00029 $0.00476
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00238

Security

Grade A, and why

pt-dynamic-run scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 129 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

/pt-dynamic-run — Local Executor (Stage 4)

Execute the dynamic/test-plan.md runbook from this machine — the alternative to the human running the tools. For each eligible TC-NNN, resolve case.tool via environment/tool-registry.md to a concrete backend (local binary / Docker container / MCP call), enforce scope + the auto-exec ceiling at run time, run it, and write the identical dynamic/evidence/<TC>/ structure a human would (raw output + run.md). Then hand to /pt-dynamic-analyze — which is unchanged, because it reads evidence and does not care who produced it. This skill fills exactly the seam the human fills.

When to use, when to skip

  • Use after /pt-dynamic-plan has written the runbook AND /pt-tools has configured a registry, when you want the agent (not the human) to run the cases.
  • Skip — and let the human run the cases — when there is no registry, when the operator prefers manual execution, or for cases the registry can't reach. Manual and local execution are interchangeable at the evidence seam; you may even split a runbook between them.

Initial Response

  • With <engagement-id>: proceed to Step 0.
  • Without: print Usage: /pt-dynamic-run <engagement-id> [--only TC-NNN,...] [--dry-run]. and STOP.

Inputs

  • dynamic/test-plan.md[blocking] (the planned cases to run).
  • environment/tool-registry.md[blocking] (tool → backend resolution + auto-exec policy). Absent ⇒ STOP: run /pt-tools first or execute manually.
  • scope.md[blocking] (RoE; destructive_policy and in-scope assets A-NNN / Exclusions — enforced per case).
  • target-profile.md[optional] (network reachability hints).
  • environment/secrets.env (tool-registry secrets_ref) — [optional] — sourced into the run-time env; commands/args reference $U<n> (= scope account U-00<n>) / ${TOKEN}; only names go into run.md, never values (tool-registry-schema §4.1).

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
