Task Verification Skill
本 Skill 是 buildr.task-verification/v3 的默认 provider。它只负责两部分:Project 的 Verification Capability Declaration,以及针对正式 Task 目标的 transient Execution + Workspace本地current Result。它不开发测试,不拥有 Task Environment、Task Review、Task Development、Candidate generation、Task progression、风险接受、部署或业务验收。
开始行动时必须读取 references/project-verification-v3.md;只有经declaration-intake完成只读发现、展示精确diff,并形成routine-maintenance结论或取得长期适用性变化的用户授权后,才使用templates/project-verification.yml维护长期声明。不得绕过Intake分类、静默扩大scope/target或伪造capability。正式 Result 必须通过 Task Verification Application 维护,不能直接读写Workspace SQLite或旧.buildr/tasks/<task-id>/verification.yml。
1. 建立验证边界
先确认:
- 正式 Task ID、Intent、Project/Service/Project-bound Change scope 和 active 状态,并计算三者所属Project的去重排序并集;
- canonical Workspace,以及由 Task Environment 交接的实际 execution root;
- 当前交付目标的明确、稳定 target identity 和可移植 summary;
- current Task Candidate identity/generation(正式execution、inspect与reconcile必需;Task外transient execution不使用);
- operation:
inspect、execute、reconcile、仅工作区record或 transientcleanup; - Task有效Project集合内每个 Project 当前
verification.yml,以及实际变更路径、条件、环境和副作用;有效Project集合为空时明确采用仅工作区分支。
没有正式 Task 时可以按用户要求执行已有测试并报告 transient 事实,但不得伪造 Task Result。没有稳定 target identity 时可以 inspect 为 unknown,不能 record。

current Result只有在Candidate identity/generation、target与全部declaration identities都current时才适用于当前目标。任一当前identity未提供为unknown;Candidate、声明缺失/出现、内容、path或Project scope变化为stale。合法v1 Result只读兼容并明确显示legacy-result-candidate-unbound,不能用于新Candidate gate。不要写回applicability标记或回填旧Result。
当前目标来自ready Task Environment且其中的declaration bytes尚未进入canonical Workspace时,只在reconcile(或仅工作区record)追加--declaration-root <task-environment-root>。Application只在正式写入动作中观察该Task当前ready Environment的精确根目录;inspect不接受路径,只比较调用方显式提供的保存identity。本机路径不进入current Result。
