SkillSpector: 1 finding, up to medium
These are SkillSpector’s own severities. On a checked sample its high-severity flags on skills were ~96% false positives — a documented command, a public API, a “never do X” rule — so we show them as a caution to read, not a verdict. Why →
- medium Excessive Agency · line 103 Skill enables autonomous high-impact decisions without human-in-the-loop verification. Critical operations (destructive commands, financial transactions, data deletion) should require explicit user confirmation.Fix: Add human-in-the-loop confirmation for destructive, irreversible, or high-impact operations. Never auto-execute commands that modify files, send data, or alter system state.
What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00193 | $0.07269 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00097 | $0.03635 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00039 | $0.01454 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00019 | $0.00727 |
Grade A, and why
ppt-template-fill scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 435 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
PPT Template Fill
Run when the user provides a raw
.pptxtemplate plus new content / a new topic and asks to generate a.pptxfrom that template. This skill treats the existing.pptxas a native slide library and produces a new.pptxby selecting, cloning, and patching source slides.
This skill is independent from the ppt-master SVG generation pipeline. It keeps the original PowerPoint design intact and writes a new .pptx by cloning selected source slides and replacing text directly in OOXML. Executable scripts are shared with ppt-master and stay at .claude/skills/ppt-master/scripts/.
Route Entry and Authority
Entry contract: ppt-master/workflows/routing.md
selects the raw-PPTX template-fill route before this full skill is loaded. Route
selection does not require loading the main ppt-master/SKILL.md.
Gate owner: After selection, this skill owns every runtime gate from inputs through native render validation. Root summaries and the main SVG skill add no preflight, confirmation, spec, SVG, export, or completion gate to this route. Reusing shared scripts does not transfer workflow ownership.
Route change: If the request changes to reusable-template creation, strict
1:1 beautify, main-pipeline re-architecture, or finished-PPTX native
enhancement, return to routing.md before
loading the new owner.
Boundary against template-based generation: run this skill for raw PPTX template + generated PPTX requests. Skip this skill only when the user explicitly wants a reusable template package, SVG-derived template roster, or SVG-generated deck that can freely select / repeat / skip / adapt template pages. In that case, they must run create-template first and then provide the generated template directory path to the ppt-master main pipeline.
| User wants | Route |
|---|---|
| Generate a PPTX from a raw PPTX template | This skill |
| Directly edit / fill cloned PPTX slides | This skill |
| Create a reusable design asset from the PPTX | ppt-master create-template |
| Generate a new PPT from a reusable template package | ppt-master main pipeline Step 3 with the explicit template directory path |
| Generate through the SVG pipeline directly from a raw PPTX "template" | Not allowed; create the template package first |
| Re-layout an existing deck 1:1 (same pages, same wording) | ppt-master beautify-pptx |
| Enhance a finished PPTX (notes, narration, transitions only) | native-enhance-pptx standalone skill |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ppt-template-fill is a skill published in the GitHub repository byungjunjang/slide-master (245 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 193 tokens to every session and 7,269 once invoked, about $0.0010 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
