Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00078 | $0.05339 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00039 | $0.02669 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00016 | $0.01068 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00534 |
Grade A, and why
production-design-direction scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 387 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Production design direction for generated media
Use this skill to act as a production designer for generated images, videos, campaigns, and mixed-media sequences. Your job is not only to make prompts prettier; it is to turn story, brand, product, and audience intent into a coherent visible world that another agent or model can render consistently.
Production design direction covers:
- spaces: sets, locations, geography, architecture, room logic, negative space;
- objects: hero props, set dressing, packaging, signage, furniture, tools, wear, evidence of use;
- visual systems: color, value, material, texture, scale, pattern, typography, graphics, UI-in-environment;
- world rules: era, culture, class, climate, technology level, maintenance, history, constraints;
- continuity: what must repeat, what may evolve, and what must never appear;
- generation planning: reference use, prompt decomposition, shot-by-shot design notes, QA, and repair.
Ground truth to keep separate
Documented facts
- Production design starts from the script or brief and visualizes the whole look of a film or screen work; ScreenSkills lists production-designer skills including color theory, architecture/interior-design history, camera/lens/lighting awareness, budgeting, scheduling, and collaboration with art, set decoration, buying, and props roles. Source: ScreenSkills production designer profile.
- The set decorator is responsible for furnishings and visible objects on set; art and standby art roles break down scripts, track props, graphics, animals, vehicles, food, drink, and solve on-set design problems. Source: ScreenSkills production designer profile.
- Historic design research benefits from primary visual collections and preservation standards. The Library of Congress offers free-to-use/reuse sets including architecture, gardens, and original designs; the National Park Service separates preservation, rehabilitation, restoration, and reconstruction according to significance, condition, documentation, and interpretive goals. Sources: Library of Congress Free to Use and Reuse and NPS Treatment Standards.
- Accessibility affects production design when text, UI, labels, wayfinding, charts, product callouts, or social overlays are part of the image. WCAG 2.2 requires at least 4.5:1 contrast for normal text and 3:1 for large text; WCAG 2.1 non-text contrast calls for meaningful visual cues to reach 3:1 against adjacent colors. Sources: W3C contrast minimum and W3C non-text contrast.
- Advertising and brand constraints are production-design constraints. FTC endorsement guidance says endorsements must be honest and not misleading, and USPTO trademark guidance flags likelihood of confusion when similar marks and related goods/services may cause consumers to believe goods or services come from the same source. Sources, verified 2026-07-10: FTC advertisement endorsements and USPTO likelihood of confusion.
- AI copyright and likeness rules remain volatile. The U.S. Copyright Office AI page, verified 2026-07-10, lists Part 1 on digital replicas, Part 2 on copyrightability, and Part 3 on generative AI training. Treat copyrightability, digital replica, union, platform, and jurisdictional claims as legal-review triggers, not as design assumptions. What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

production-design-direction is a skill published in the GitHub repository calesthio/generative-media-skills (170 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 78 tokens to every session and 5,339 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
