vaidya-care-call

vaidya-care-call is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from CALLE-AI/awesome-phone-call-agents. It costs 55 tokens per session (1,504 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A safety-controlled workflow for authorised follow-up phone calls with patients in community healthcare systems.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for reviewing patient history, preparing a no-call preview, placing an approved follow-up call, recording verified outcomes, and reassessing care.
Why use it?
It adds risk checks, operator approval, call tracking, and structured result handling before and after a live call.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00055 $0.01504
Opus 5.5 $0.00022 $0.00602
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00011 $0.00301
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00150

Security

Grade A, and why

vaidya-care-call scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Vaidya Care Call

A safety-first workflow for using CALL-E to perform routine patient follow-up calls in community healthcare systems.

This skill is designed for systems where an upstream healthcare agent has already analyzed a patient's longitudinal health information and produced a structured care decision.

Workflow

Follow this sequence:

  1. Observe the patient's latest structured health event.
  2. Review relevant longitudinal patient history.
  3. Determine the patient's current risk level and priority.
  4. Produce a structured care decision.
  5. Run the deterministic safety gate.
  6. Generate a no-call preview.
  7. Stop for operator approval before any live call.
  8. If explicitly approved, validate the authorized destination and initiate the CALL-E call.
  9. Track the call lifecycle.
  10. Convert a verified terminal call result into structured health information.
  11. Store the verified result as a patient event when appropriate.
  12. Reassess the patient's condition and determine the next action.

The phone call is an action within the care workflow, not the end of the workflow.

For detailed safety rules and examples, see:

  • references/safety.md
  • references/examples.md

No-Call Preview

The default workflow is preview-only.

Before any live call, produce a preview containing:

  • patient identifier or masked patient identifier
  • reason for the proposed call
  • care decision
  • risk level
  • priority
  • deterministic safety-gate result
  • destination authorization status
  • proposed next action

The preview must not initiate a phone call.

A preview should use masked destinations and identifiers in logs and displayed output.

Example:

CALL PREVIEW
Patient: CT-DEMO-102
Reason: increased follow-up due to worsening trajectory
Risk: high
Priority: high
Safety gate: PASS
Destination: +91••••••5837
Destination authorization: VALID
Live call: NOT STARTED
Operator approval: REQUIRED

Operator-Approved Live Run

A live CALL-E call requires explicit operator approval.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

vaidya-care-call is a skill published in the GitHub repository CALLE-AI/awesome-phone-call-agents (109 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 55 tokens to every session and 1,504 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-18.
