What is parere-legale?

An Italian legal-opinion writing tool that researches current rules and relevant court decisions before structuring an answer to a legal question.

Use it to analyse the facts, verify applicable laws, research disputed points, and draft a structured legal opinion.

It reduces the risk of relying on outdated legal wording or unsupported case-law references.

Step 1 — Analisi del quesito

Step 2 — Verifica normativa

Per OGNI norma che intendi citare nel parere:

Chiama legal-it:cite_law con il riferimento (es. "art. X legge Y") per ottenere il testo vigente
Se serve approfondimento dottrinale: chiama legal-it:cerca_brocardi

MAI citare una norma a memoria. Ogni citazione deve avere un legal-it:cite_law corrispondente.

Step 3 — Ricerca giurisprudenziale
