coding.todoai_gp

coding.todoai_gp is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from causify-ai/helpers. It costs 20 tokens per session (333 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A task for implementing every TODO(ai_gp) note in a file, including requested renames, code changes, and reference updates.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to resolve TODO(ai_gp) items, move functions with their tests when required, remove completed TODOs, and run related tests.
Why use it?
It turns recorded code changes into completed work while checking for related TODOs and avoiding leftover references to renamed or moved objects.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00020 $0.00333
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00167
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00067
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00033

Measured 4d ago against content hash 6b0375053c54, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

coding.todoai_gp scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Goal

  • Implement all the TODO(ai_gp) in the passed file

Renaming and Moving Objects

  • When renaming an object make sure to update all the references to those objects in the code base

    • When renaming or moving files update imports
    • For functions, find the callers in notebooks ipynb, Python files, and other files and update those references (use grep to make sure all the references are updated)
    • Update documentation in txt and md files
  • In a TODO(...): the sign -> XYZ means "rename to XYZ"

  • When moving a function among files, move also the tests to the corresponding file .../test/test_...

Fix TODOs Around the Code

  • When fixing a TODO check whether there are more instances of the same TODO in the same file and fix also those

Remove TODOs

  • Remove the TODO only if the TODO was implemented
  • If you can't implement a TODO, leave the TODO in place and add a comment shortly explaining why can't be done

Verification

  • Run the corresponding unit tests to make sure the code works
  • Grep in the repo for the renamed, removed objects to make sure there are no hanging references

Conventions

  • Depending on the file type follow the instructions for the file type based on @.claude/rules.md
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
