When to Activate
- Install Splunk app ID 6872 for Cisco enhanced NetFlow mappings.
- Map Cisco High Speed Logging (HSL) or IPFIX fields for companion dashboards.
- Diagnose empty enhanced NetFlow panels after the base Cisco app is installed.
Scope
This skill installs and validates mapping content. It does not create device export policies or silently replace the existing flow receiver. Keep exporter and receiver changes with their current owners.
Examples
Preview the receiver planner before installation:
