Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00018 | $0.00826 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00330 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00165 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00083 |
Grade A, and why
todo-add scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 118 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Add To-Do Item
v1.1 — Adapted for public use
Add a new to-do item to the correct list with duplicate checking.
Instructions
1. Get the item details
If not provided by the user, ask:
- What's the task? (brief description)
- Any additional context?
2. Determine the correct list
Based on the item content, suggest the appropriate list using the routing table below. This table is an example — customize it to match your own lists and keywords.
| Keywords/Topics | Suggested List |
|---|---|
| config, settings, infrastructure, setup, tools | Main |
| email, calendar, briefing, scheduling | Work |
Present your suggestion:
This sounds like a [Main/Work] item because [reason].
Suggested list: ~/Documents/todo.md
Priority: [High/Medium/Low]
Is this correct, or should it go elsewhere?
3. Check for duplicates
Read the target TODO file and scan for similar items. Check for:
- Same keywords in item titles
- Related tasks that might overlap
- Items that could be expanded instead of duplicated
If potential duplicate found:
Potential duplicate detected:
Existing item: "[item title]"
Location: [file path], [priority level]
Options:
1. Add anyway (they're different enough)
2. Update the existing item instead
3. Cancel
4. Add the item
Once confirmed, add to the appropriate section with this format:
- [ ] **[Item title]**
- [Context/details if provided]
Update the "Last updated" date in the file header.
5. Confirm
Added to [list name]:
- [ ] **[Item title]**
Priority: [High/Medium/Low]
File Locations
- Main:
~/Documents/todo.md
Add more lists by creating additional todo files and adding them here. For example:
- Work:
~/Documents/todo-work.md - Personal:
~/Documents/todo-personal.md
Priority Definitions
| Priority | When to use |
|---|---|
| High | Blocking progress, causing problems, or time-sensitive |
| Medium | Would improve things but not blocking |
| Low | Nice to have, someday |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

todo-add is a skill published in the GitHub repository chrisblattman/claudeblattman (476 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 18 tokens to every session and 826 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
