Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00043 | $0.02948 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00022 | $0.01474 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00009 | $0.00590 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00295 |
Grade A, and why
customs-and-trade scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 264 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Customs & Trade Compliance
Classify your product, calculate what it costs to import, and screen for trade restrictions.
DISCLAIMER (mandatory on every response): "For informational purposes only. Not legal, customs, or trade compliance advice. Consult a licensed customs broker for binding determinations."
Why This Matters for Small Product Companies
Customs compliance is not optional. Get it wrong and your shipment gets:
- Held at customs (days to weeks of delay)
- Charged wrong duty (overpay or underpay -- both bad)
- Seized (if product is restricted/prohibited and you did not know)
- Fined (misclassification penalties)
HS Code Classification
The Harmonized System (HS) code determines EVERYTHING: duty rate, import restrictions, required certifications, statistical reporting.
HS Code Structure
| Level | Digits | Example | Who Sets It |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chapter | 2 | 33 = Essential oils & cosmetics | International (WCO) |
| Heading | 4 | 3304 = Beauty/skin care preps | International (WCO) |
| Subheading | 6 | 3304.99 = Other beauty preps | International (WCO) |
| CN code | 8 | 3304.99.00 | EU (Combined Nomenclature) |
| TARIC | 10 | 3304.99.00.00 | EU (tariff measures) |
| HTS | 10 | 3304.99.50.00 | US (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) |
Rule: HS6 (first 6 digits) is universal. Digits 7+ are country-specific. Never assume an 8 or 10 digit code from one country works in another.
Common HS Codes for Physical Products
| Product Type | Typical HS Code | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Face cream/moisturizer | 3304.99 | Under beauty/skin care preparations |
| Lip products | 3304.10 | Lip make-up preparations |
| Shampoo | 3305.10 | Hair shampoos |
| Soap (toilet) | 3401.11 | For toilet use |
| Perfume | 3303.00 | Perfumes and toilet waters |
| Food supplements | 2106.90 | Other food preparations (varies if capsule/tablet) |
| Electronic devices | 8471-8543 | Varies widely by type |
| Toys | 9503 | Other toys |
| Clothing | 6109-6114 | By material and type |
| Cleaning products | 3402 | Organic surface-active agents |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

customs-and-trade is a skill published in the GitHub repository Cleo-Labs-IA/skills_library (1 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 43 tokens to every session and 2,948 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
