Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.00512 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00205 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00102 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00051 |
Grade A, and why
notion-operations scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 69 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Notion Operations
Purpose
Support Notion knowledge and project workflows without relying on upstream plugins. Current work should use drafts and setup planning unless a native Notion adapter is present.
When To Use
Use for Notion pages, databases, task boards, notes, knowledge bases, and migration plans.
Inputs And Evidence
- Workspace/page/database target, properties, content, integration token status, and desired action.
- Existing Notion content provided by the user or browser-observed state.
Tool Map
tool_searchcapability_surfacenotion_operation_prepareapi_operation_inspectwrite_notebrowser_live_openbrowser_live_observeknowledge-base-builder
Workflow
- Determine the explicit Notion operation: create page, update page, append blocks, query database, or update database schema.
- Use
notion_operation_preparewith target IDs, properties, blocks, filters, schema, and reason to create an approval-safe local operation artifact. - Use
api_operation_inspectto verify provider, endpoint, payload shape, approval requirement, andnot_executedstatus. - Use approved browser tools only when the user wants manual UI assistance.
- Avoid external-visible or shared updates without approval.
- Verify created/updated content through a future approved live adapter or browser evidence; a prepared artifact is not a live write.
Native Implementation Boundaries
- Do not import external reference Notion scripts.
- Any Notion API integration must be Stram-owned with schemas and tests.
- Store tokens only in approved secret locations.
- The current native adapter prepares and inspects operation artifacts; live Notion mutation must be added as a separate approval-gated tool.
Safety And Approval
- Notion pages can contain private team data.
- Edits/deletes/shares require approval.
- Do not infer database schema from vague text.
Verification
- Prepared operations need saved path plus
api_operation_inspectevidence. - Live writes need adapter/browser proof.
- Setup gaps should be explicit.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

notion-operations is a skill published in the GitHub repository CodeInfinity1/Stram (11 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 34 tokens to every session and 512 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.

work-summary
Generates a project dashboard from MCP work items. Default is a lean, attention-first view: what's in flight, what's blocked, what to do next, what's queued. Use when the user says: project status, what's active, show me the dashboard, work summary, what should I work on, project health, what's blocked, where did I…
