Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00125 | $0.02567 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00063 | $0.01283 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00025 | $0.00513 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00257 |
Grade A, and why
dealer-reply-drafter scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 198 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Dealer Reply Drafter
Caveat: this skill is one author's playbook + 5-scenario stress test. Verify state fees / CPO terms / EV credits / dealer practices against current sources before quoting numbers to a dealer or making financial decisions. Not tax, legal, or financial advice. last_verified: 2026-05-18
Narrow sub-skill: one dealer reply in hand, one email to draft. No inventory pull, no mass outreach, no cron monitoring. For the full 9-phase workflow load ../orchestrator/SKILL.md instead.
When To Use
- Buyer pastes a dealer reply (OTD quote, ADM-laden offer, "let me check with manager" stall, urgency tactic) and wants the next outbound email
- Buyer is mid-cycle and just needs ONE counter / follow-up / walk-away drafted now
- Buyer has a fresh competitor anchor and wants to push it into an existing dealer thread
When NOT To Use
- Buyer has not yet contacted dealers (use orchestrator Phase 4 outreach instead)
- Buyer needs market-data baseline for the first time (use orchestrator Phase 2)
- Buyer is at the F&I desk / close day (use
close-day-checklistsub-skill) - Buyer wants a CARFAX PDF reviewed (use
carfax-pdf-reviewsub-skill)
One-Page Workflow
Step 1: Skim the dealer reply for 5 things
Before drafting, extract these explicitly. If any are missing, ask the buyer ONE clarifying question (not five - see gotcha E4).
- Sale price - exact dollar amount, NOT a range
- Doc / tax / title / reg / "other" lines - each as a separate number, in writing
- Anomalies - fees not in the registering state's "Has" list per
../orchestrator/references/state_fees.md(gotcha D8); ADM line names per gotcha D9; missing CARFAX / VIN / stock - Urgency tactics - "this car will be gone today", "manager said today only", repeated phone-only push (D1, D2)
- Trade allowance if applicable - gross vs net of payoff; shell-game signal per
../orchestrator/references/trade_in.mdsection 2
Step 2: Pull REAL anchors only (Critical Rule #7)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

dealer-reply-drafter is a skill published in the GitHub repository DaizeDong/buy-me-a-car (5 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 125 tokens to every session and 2,567 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
