Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.00093 | $0.03218 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00046 | $0.01609 |

Grade A, and why
plugin-structure scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
This is a copy
100% identical to plugin-structure — 0 lines differ, which has more behind it and is treated as the original. This page carries a canonical link to it rather than competing with it.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 477 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Plugin Structure for Claude Code
Overview
Claude Code plugins follow a standardized directory structure with automatic component discovery. Understanding this structure enables creating well-organized, maintainable plugins that integrate seamlessly with Claude Code.
Key concepts:
- Conventional directory layout for automatic discovery
- Manifest-driven configuration in
.claude-plugin/plugin.json - Component-based organization (commands, agents, skills, hooks)
- Portable path references using
${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT} - Explicit vs. auto-discovered component loading
Directory Structure
Every Claude Code plugin follows this organizational pattern:
plugin-name/
├── .claude-plugin/
│ └── plugin.json # Required: Plugin manifest
├── commands/ # Slash commands (.md files)
├── agents/ # Subagent definitions (.md files)
├── skills/ # Agent skills (subdirectories)
│ └── skill-name/
│ └── SKILL.md # Required for each skill
├── hooks/
│ └── hooks.json # Event handler configuration
├── .mcp.json # MCP server definitions
└── scripts/ # Helper scripts and utilities
Critical rules:
- Manifest location: The
plugin.jsonmanifest MUST be in.claude-plugin/directory - Component locations: All component directories (commands, agents, skills, hooks) MUST be at plugin root level, NOT nested inside
.claude-plugin/ - Optional components: Only create directories for components the plugin actually uses
- Naming convention: Use kebab-case for all directory and file names
Plugin Manifest (plugin.json)
The manifest defines plugin metadata and configuration. Located at .claude-plugin/plugin.json:
Required Fields
{
"name": "plugin-name"
}
Name requirements:
- Use kebab-case format (lowercase with hyphens)
- Must be unique across installed plugins
- No spaces or special characters
- Example:
code-review-assistant,test-runner,api-docs
What ships with it
6 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

plugin-structure is a skill published in the GitHub repository damionrashford/media-os (18 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 93 tokens to every session and 3,218 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. It is 100% identical to plugin-structure, differing in 0 lines, and is treated as a copy.
Other skills, from other repositories
video-captions
Add burned-in captions to a video by transcribing its speech locally and placing the text in sync. The caption look defaults to a minimal, common style; the user can describe any design in plain words and it will be applied, and a built-in "pill" preset gives editorial lowercase captions on a rounded plate. Use when…
seedgen
Analyze a repository's real data model (SQL migrations, Prisma, Django, SQLAlchemy, Mongoose, Solidity, etc.) and generate a runnable, schema-aware test-data seed script that respects enums, NOT NULL, unique and foreign-key constraints. Stack-agnostic — web2, web3, Python, or anything with a data model. Supports a…
loudcheck
Loudness compliance verdicts against formal published standards — EBU R 128, ATSC A/85, or BS.1770 measure-only. Use it when audio or video has to pass a delivery gate: "is this file broadcast-legal?", "will this mix get rejected?", "how far off target is it and what's the exact fix?", batch-checking a delivery…
ideogram-ultra
Build Ideogram 4 (Ideogram Ultra) txt2img and img2img workflows with the local open-weights model, dual conditional/unconditional models with DualModelGuider, Qwen3-VL text encoder, and structured JSON ("compositional deconstruction") prompts for strong text rendering and layout control.
civitai
Discover Civitai models with the BUILT-IN downloadmodel action:"searchcivitai" and install/generate them locally. Find a checkpoint/LoRA/embedding on Civitai, download it into ComfyUI, and use its trigger words. Optionally pair the official Civitai MCP for community features (images browsing, posting, collections).
dev
One-command dev loop boot. Spins up portless (named HTTPS subdomain), emulate (stateful API mocks), the project's dev server, and an agent-browser session, all keyed to the current git branch. Use when starting a feature branch, switching worktrees, or returning to a project after a break. Skips silently with install…
