A weekly finance workflow that summarises sales activity, changes in potential deals, and unpaid invoices in an HTML dashboard. It reports revenue totals, the value of possible future sales, and items that need attention.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it every Friday to review the week's revenue activity, pipeline movement, unpaid invoices, revenue totals, and pipeline value.
Why use it?
It removes the need to collect numbers from several places and check them manually. You get one regular view of cash, sales opportunities, and overdue payments.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00076 $0.01826
Opus 5 $0.00038 $0.00913
Sonnet 5 $0.00015 $0.00365
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00183

Measured 12d ago against content hash 7c55b5f9035f, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

cfo-weekly-revenue scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

REFERENCE FILES, READ BEFORE EVERY RUN

  • references/design-system.md, brand tokens for HTML output
  • references/html-output-templates.md, HTML shell

STEP 0 — CONTEXT CHECK (always first, never skipped)

Look for the participant's context, in this priority order:

  1. BUSINESS-BRAIN.md — project root, Project Knowledge, or attached to the chat. The single source of truth. If present, its Voice DNA, ICP, offer, proof, revenue targets, and design tokens OVERRIDE every default in this skill's references folder.
  2. If no brain: the individual foundation documents — icp-[name].md, voice-dna-[name].md, positioning-[name].md, messaging-[name].md, rule1-[name].md, personal-story-[name].md, business-inbox-[name].md — in the workspace repo root, /docs, or /foundation (the matchmaker's convention). Use them the same way. The monthly revenue target usually lives in positioning or the brain's goal section.
  3. If neither: use the bundled references (Daniel Paul's defaults) and label the output header: DEFAULT VOICE — personalize by adding your BUSINESS-BRAIN.md to this project.

Resolve now and use everywhere below:

  • [NAME] = participant's name (default: Daniel Paul)
  • [SIGN-OFF] = from Voice DNA (default: plain "[NAME]")
  • [CTA-DEFAULT] = primary CTA from the Offer section Never ship a default where a participant value exists. Never re-ask for anything the brain already answers.

WHEN RUNNING HEADLESS (routine / scheduled)

No human is in the loop. Never wait for a choice:

  • Never ask the participant to paste revenue, pipeline, or invoice figures. Render each metric card with a labeled empty state ("No revenue data found this week, connect Notion or add it to your tracker") and flag the gap.
  • No target found → show the run rate without a progress bar and flag "No monthly target set."
  • Missing data becomes a labeled empty state or a DEFAULT — assumed note, never a question. Never invent a number.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
