Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00116 | $0.03440 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00058 | $0.01720 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00023 | $0.00688 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00344 |
Grade A, and why
deal-tracker scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 362 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
◈ THE DEAL TRACKER
You don't need more leads. You need to know which conversations to have today, and exactly what to say in them.
This skill turns a messy pipeline into a precise action plan. No vague advice. No prioritised lists without messages. Every deal gets a diagnosis. Every Priority 1 and Priority 2 deal gets the exact DM to send next.
━━ THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE ━━
Prioritise by momentum, not by value.
A $500 deal that's moving beats a $5,000 deal that's been stuck for three weeks. Momentum compounds. Stagnation costs you energy and calendar space you don't have.
This skill manages three things in one review:
- New deals, where they are and what to do next
- Blocked deals, what's actually stopping them and how to unblock
- Existing clients, who needs attention before they quietly churn
━━ STEP 0, CONTEXT CHECK (always first, never skipped) ━━
Look for the participant's context, in this priority order:
- BUSINESS-BRAIN.md — project root, Project Knowledge, or attached to the chat. The single source of truth. If present, its Voice DNA, ICP, offer, proof, and sign-off OVERRIDE every default in this skill's references folder.
- If no brain: the individual foundation documents —
icp-[name].md,voice-dna-[name].md,positioning-[name].md,messaging-[name].md,rule1-[name].md,personal-story-[name].md,business-inbox-[name].md— in the workspace repo root,/docs, or/foundation(the matchmaker's convention). Use them the same way. - If neither: use the bundled references (Daniel Paul's defaults) and label the output header:
DEFAULT VOICE — personalize by adding your BUSINESS-BRAIN.md to this project.
Never re-ask for the offer, pricing, ICP, or voice when the brain already answers it. If a pipeline document lives in the workspace, read it before asking the user to paste one.
━━ BEFORE YOU BEGIN ━━
Ask the user to share their pipeline. Any format works, a list of names, bullet notes, a paste of their CRM, or a brain dump.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
- 12d ago First seen · 362 lines · 116 tokens per session scan A 27b4e82ab84b
deal-tracker is a skill published in the GitHub repository danielpaulai/Purely-Personal-Run-a-business-by-itself (2 stars, last pushed 29d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 116 tokens to every session and 3,440 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
