Based on Claude Code's official skill-creator, I incorporated my understanding of prompt architecture, Skill architecture, and CLI tool execution mechanisms, comprehensively refactored it, and created a new Skill Creator. For evaluation, I used Codex's Headless mode, which runs directly in the terminal without opening a graphical interface, to conduct more than three rounds of independent conversational tests.
