What is video-to-gaussian-splat-macos?

A pipeline that turns phone video into a Gaussian splat on an Apple Silicon Mac without CUDA. A Gaussian splat is a 3D scene representation made from many small, viewable points or shapes.

Use it to extract frames from video, train a Gaussian splat on a Mac, and publish it to SuperSplat.

It provides a way to create and publish this kind of 3D scan when the computer does not have CUDA support.
