0. 2026-06-11 设计决策总则
本 skill 的职责是先给出“画什么才对”,再交给 cad-automation 生成图形。遇到机械、模具、夹具、钣金、装配图时,必须先完成以下判断:
- 明确图纸类型:零件图、装配图、总布置图、工艺草图、校核图。
- 明确用途:报价、评审、加工、装配、维修、教学演示。用途不同,细节深度不同。
- 明确验证等级:草图可 L2,交付加工图至少 L3,重要装配图建议 L4 视觉复核。
- 明确来源署名:如果参考开源项目、资料库或网络资料,在交付包中写入
ATTRIBUTION.md。
0.1 冲压模具设计指导卡
当用户要求绘制冲压模具时,优先按“模架总图 + 工作零件 + 导向定位 + 技术要求”组织图纸。

默认设计假设
如果用户只说“画一个冲压模具”,默认画“小型冲孔/落料模平面示意图”,而不是直接画可加工全套图。必须在输出中说明:该图用于方案表达和自动化能力测试,真实生产前需要按材料、吨位、闭合高度、压力中心、强度和安全规范复核。
禁止事项
- 不在缺少材料厚度时给出确定刃口间隙,只能写“按材料厚度 x 5%-8% 复核”。
- 不在缺少压力机参数时承诺可生产。
- 不把示意图说成完整加工图。
- 不省略导柱导套、卸料板、凹模板这类识别冲压模具的关键结构。
