ai-task-master: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/lockfile-resync/SKILL.md

lockfile-resync is a skill for Claude Code from developerz-ai/ai-task-master. It costs 36 tokens per session (367 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A procedure for regenerating the Bun dependency lockfile after a dependency upgrade. A lockfile records the exact dependency versions installed by the project.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when upgrading dependencies, rebuilding bun.lock, updating Biome configuration when needed, and running the project's type, lint, and test checks.
Why use it?
It keeps dependency changes in their own pull request and avoids mixing them with release version changes. It also lists the checks needed after dependencies are re-resolved.

This is developerz-ai/ai-task-master's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on ai-task-master itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything ai-task-master configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00036 $0.00367
Opus 5.5 $0.00014 $0.00147
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00007 $0.00073
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00037

Measured 5d ago against content hash 4d11405fd605, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

lockfile-resync scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

House skill — established by dz-runner setup mode from this repo's own evidence, then owned by its maintainers. Correct it in place; setup never overwrites a skill that exists.

  1. Work in a PR whose SUBJECT is the upgrade — never inside a release PR.
  2. Delete bun.lock and run bun install to re-resolve; expect wide movement (measured on #327: 71 packages moved for 3 version-line changes).
  3. Enumerate every moved package in the PR body.
  4. Verify against the upgraded tree: bun run typecheck, bun run typecheck:tests, bun run lint, and bun run test:node — bun install --frozen-lockfile passing proves NOTHING here (it does not gate the workspace version field).
  5. If @biomejs/biome moved, bump biome.json $schema in the same PR via bunx @biomejs/biome migrate --write.
  6. Leave the workspace version lines in bun.lock alone — they are allowed to lag published versions and a guard asserting equality would be red after every release by construction.
  7. Do not touch bun.lock in release/version-bump PRs — that boundary is what this procedure protects. fail -> typescript@7 breaks madge's TS parser; CI runs bunx [email protected] from an isolated install on purpose — never move madge into the workspace deps to fix it.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
