open-mmorpg: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/merge-pr/SKILL.md

merge-pr is a skill for Claude Code from developerz-ai/open-mmorpg. It costs 75 tokens per session (626 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command that monitors a GitHub pull request, fixes failed checks and review comments, resolves conflicts, and merges it when it is ready. A pull request is a proposed change that is checked before being added to a shared branch.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to get a pull request green and mergeable, handle automated review comments, fix conflicts, or run a limited number of repair attempts.
Why use it?
It removes the need to repeatedly watch CI, respond to review feedback, and retry the merge by hand. It can also stop after preparing the request without merging it.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00075 $0.00626
Opus 5.5 $0.00030 $0.00250
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00015 $0.00125
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00063

Measured 14d ago against content hash c5482bb49dc5, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

merge-pr scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 14d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 47 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

merge-pr

Land a PR the hands-off way: claudetm merge-pr monitors the PR, fixes CI failures and review comments (CodeRabbit included) with the Claude SDK, resolves merge conflicts, and merges once everything is green — looping until mergeable. This is how big fat PRs land without a human bottleneck.

When to use

  • "merge this PR" / "land my branch" / "get PR 52 green" / "handle the CodeRabbit comments and merge".
  • After opening a fat, feature-complete PR for a plan batch (workflow).

How to run

Run in the repo. It uses the current branch's PR unless you pass a number/URL.

claudetm merge-pr # merge the PR for the current branch
claudetm merge-pr 52 # merge PR #52
claudetm merge-pr https://github.com/owner/repo/pull/52
claudetm merge-pr 52 -m 5 # cap at 5 fix iterations (default 30)
claudetm merge-pr 52 --no-merge # fix + make ready, but don't merge

Prefer running it in the background (long-running loop) and reporting the outcome:

claudetm merge-pr 52

What it does each iteration

  1. Wait for CI checks to report.
  2. If CI is red → diagnose and fix with the Claude SDK, push.
  3. If there are review comments (CodeRabbit / reviewers) → address them inline, push.
  4. If the branch conflicts with base → resolve, push.
  5. Re-check. Merge when green; otherwise loop (until --max-iterations).

Options

  • -m, --max-iterations N — max fix iterations before giving up (default 30).
  • --no-merge — fix and make mergeable, but stop short of merging (use when a human wants the final click).

Notes & guardrails

  • Needs gh auth and push rights to the PR branch.
  • It pushes commits and merges — an outward, hard-to-reverse action. Confirm the target PR with the user first unless they've clearly authorized this run.
  • If it exhausts iterations without going green, report the last failing check/comment to the user rather than force-merging.
  • Check availability with claudetm merge-pr --help.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
