MUST:本子技能无独立脚本依赖(文档化推理),但 MUST 先调用 yunqi-calc 获取推算结果。 具体而言,需先通过 calculate_yunqi_api.py 获取大运(中运)信息及司天、在泉、客主加临等六气格局。 未获取推算结果前,不得进行病机分析。

Step 1/4:获取推算结果

ACT: 调用 python scripts/calculate_yunqi_api.py <年份> 获取当年运气格局(sui_yun / si_tian / zai_quan / ke_zhu_jia_lin)

  • yunqi-calc 获取以下关键数据:
    • 大运(中运):何运主岁、太过或不及
    • 司天之气:上半年客气
    • 在泉之气:下半年客气
    • 客主加临:六步客气与主气的加临关系
    • 运气同化判断:是否天符、岁会、太一天符
  • 确认推算结果完整后,方可进入下一步
Step 2/4:确定病机方向

ACT: 查阅 references/wuyun_bingji.mdreferences/liuqi_bingji.md

  • 根据大运确定五运病机方向:
    • wuyun_bingji.md,按木火土金水五运定位对应脏腑
    • 判断太过或不及,确定本气盛衰及所胜受邪/所不胜来乘的方向
  • 根据六气确定六气病机方向:
    • liuqi_bingji.md,按厥阴、少阴、少阳、太阴、阳明、太阳六气定位对应经络脏腑
    • 结合司天在泉,确定上下半年发病趋势
    • 结合客主加临,确定各步时令的病机变化
Step 3/4:分析太过不及

ACT: 查阅 references/taiguo_bingji.md

  • 判断太过之年的病机特点:本气偏盛 → 所胜受邪 → 所不胜来复
  • 判断不及之年的病机特点:本气偏衰 → 所不胜来乘 → 所胜反侮
  • 分析胜复规律:太过则有所不胜来复,不及则有所不胜来乘
  • 查胜复关系表,确定具体的胜复脏腑链条
  • 若为平气之年,病机较轻,但仍需结合六气综合分析
Step 4/4:综合运气合病

ACT: 查阅 references/yunqi_hebing.md

  • 判断运气合病类型:
    • 运气同化年(天符、岁会、太一天符):气候偏盛,对应脏腑易病
    • 运气不和(运克气/气克运):病机复杂,需辨顺逆
    • 顺化(运生气)与天刑(气克运):判断病机轻重
  • 运用病机十九条(至真要大论)相关条文验证病机方向
  • 运用运气合病分析框架:
    • 大运 → 定位脏腑(如木运→肝)
    • 六气 → 定位经络(如厥阴风木→肝经)
    • 客气加临 → 定时令(如初之气厥阴→春季发病趋势)
  • 综合以上分析,形成完整的病机判断结论
