Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

SkillSpector: 1 finding, up to medium
These are SkillSpector’s own severities. On a checked sample its high-severity flags on skills were ~96% false positives — a documented command, a public API, a “never do X” rule — so we show them as a caution to read, not a verdict. Why →

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade B, and why
hue-lights scanned grade B with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Sends data to an external URLmediumData exfiltration
A POST to an outside endpoint may be telemetry or may be exfiltration; either way the mod talks to somewhere, and you should know where.
curl -s -X POST http://<BRIDGE_IP>/api -d '{"devicetype":"chatcli#host"}' Makes network callslowCapability
Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.
1. Find the bridge IP: `curl -s https://discovery.meethue.com` (returns LAN IP), or check the router. What it actually says
Philips Hue (local control)
Control Hue lights via the local Bridge REST API — no cloud account, no API key. Auth is a locally-generated username/application key bound to your LAN.
One-time setup
- Find the bridge IP:
curl -s https://discovery.meethue.com(returns LAN IP), or check the router. - Generate a local user: press the bridge's link button, then within 30 s:
Save the returnedcurl -s -X POST http://<BRIDGE_IP>/api -d '{"devicetype":"chatcli#host"}'usernameasHUE_BRIDGE_IP+HUE_USER(env vars).
(If openhue CLI is installed, openhue set ... / openhue get lights wraps all of this — detect
command -v openhue and prefer it.)
List lights / rooms
curl -s "http://$HUE_BRIDGE_IP/api/$HUE_USER/lights"
curl -s "http://$HUE_BRIDGE_IP/api/$HUE_USER/groups" # rooms/zones
Control
# On + warm white, full brightness (light id 3)
curl -s -X PUT "http://$HUE_BRIDGE_IP/api/$HUE_USER/lights/3/state" -d '{"on":true,"bri":254,"ct":366}'
# Off
curl -s -X PUT "http://$HUE_BRIDGE_IP/api/$HUE_USER/lights/3/state" -d '{"on":false}'
# Color (hue 0-65535, sat 0-254): blue ≈ hue 46920
curl -s -X PUT "http://$HUE_BRIDGE_IP/api/$HUE_USER/lights/3/state" -d '{"on":true,"hue":46920,"sat":254}'

Rules
- It's LAN-only — the host must be on the same network as the bridge.
- Resolve names→ids first (list lights/groups) so "the kitchen lights" maps to the right group.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

hue-lights is a skill published in the GitHub repository diillson/chatcli (93 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 73 tokens to every session and 703 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it B with 2 findings (sends data to an external url, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.

agent-state-bar
A design guide for an agent status bar: a short, automatically updated summary of progress, remaining tasks, tool counts, errors, and system state placed near the latest model input.
reward-design
A guide to defining the scores that an AI agent receives during trial-and-error training. It covers checks based on rules, human preferences, or another model, and distinguishes rewarding the final result from rewarding the steps taken.
agent-evolution
A guide to making an AI agent improve from its past runs. It covers how to judge results, extract reusable lessons, and decide whether to store them as knowledge, instructions, code, or model training.
knowledge-org
A guide to organising large bodies of knowledge so an AI system can navigate relationships, summaries, and layers instead of searching only flat text chunks. It covers tree indexes, knowledge graphs, file-like structures, incremental updates, and long-term memory layouts.
post-training-strategy
A guide to choosing and planning ways to improve an AI model after its initial training. It explains when to add knowledge, teach a response format, use trial-and-error training, or use a smaller model to learn from a larger one.
ai-style
A Chinese-language writing guide for producing or revising reader-facing text such as product announcements, public-account articles, emails, and README files. It focuses on reducing patterns that make writing sound machine-generated.
