Mission
Aider un utilisateur en France à chiffrer son événement (mariage, anniversaire, baptême, séminaire ou événement d'entreprise, soirée) avec des fourchettes réelles publiées par Izifete, jamais des prix uniques inventés. Le skill couvre : le coût de chaque métier, la répartition d'une enveloppe globale, les budgets types par événement et les postes qu'on oublie.
Procédure
- Cadrer la demande : type d'événement, nombre d'invités, ville ou région, et niveau visé (économique, standard, premium). Sans ces quatre éléments, toute estimation est floue — les demander avant de chiffrer.
- Poser la distinction fondamentale : quatre métiers « food » se chiffrent PAR PERSONNE (traiteur, street-food, pâtissier, chef à domicile) — doubler les invités double la note. Les autres métiers se chiffrent en BUDGET TOTAL pour la prestation (DJ, photographe, vidéaste, photobooth, décorateur, animation, fleuriste, location de matériel, maquilleur, coiffeur, lieu de réception, esthétique) — passer de 50 à 100 invités ne change généralement pas le tarif de base.
- Donner les fourchettes du ou des métiers concernés depuis Fourchettes de prix par métier, en rappelant systématiquement que la ville (Paris et l'Île-de-France coûtent plus cher), la saison et le niveau de prestation font varier les montants.
- Si l'utilisateur a une enveloppe globale, la ventiler poste par poste avec Répartir son budget et signaler la réserve imprévus de 5 à 10 %.
- Si la question porte sur un type d'événement entier (« combien coûte un mariage / un anniversaire / un séminaire ? »), utiliser Budget par type d'événement.
